• Unit B. Unique, functional, multi-level, modern home, the main part of the house - 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, 1400 sq feet on 2nd, 3rd floors. Sleeps 5-6 in 3 Bedrooms plus 2 persons on the Sofa-bed in the Living Room.
Towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, small appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, full size laundry, utilities, local phone, wireless broadband, DVD/CD player, Flat Wide Screen TV with satellite service.
NON SMOKING. Sorry, Pets declined. My 14yr old, architect designed home is located in a very quiet part of East Vancouver, with easy and quick access by public transit or car, to the city, other areas of Vancouver or the North Shore (and to Whistler), and the US Border. Walking distance to the quite well known, culturally and ethnically diverse and alternative lifestyle of Commercial Drive area and to a large park with a lake and walking paths. . . . I am a single, NON-smoking, 'house proud' and totally responsible senior Male. I come from a Management background and since retirement age (dont understand the meaning of the word), formerly a Realtor in Vancouver's rather overpriced market.
