Hardwood floors throughout, balcony, galley kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with tub, bedroom converted into office/study which is great for writing or working, living room doubles as sleeping area with new fold-out sofabed that sleeps 2 comfortably. DVD, compact stereo, microwave. Walking distance to beaches, Stanley Park, seawall, downtown. Restaurants, grocery stores, yoga, gyms just steps from the apartment building. January/February is the rainy season in the city and ski season on the slopes! Three local ski hills in the city (Grouse, Cypress, Seymour) and 2.5 hours from Whistler/Blackcomb. I am a 46 year old female college prof. I have a cat who would love company and tender care (or he could be boarded out).
