We are Antonio and Margherita, in our early fifties with no children, non-smokers, informatic engineer and high school teacher, fond of travelling all around the world (8 trades up to now in USA and Europe) We’d like to welcome you in our 1997-built, 2003 renovated, three-story semidetached house, comfortable up to 5 people, and nicely furnished, with any facility you may need during your stay. We are located in the suburbs of Perugia (150,000 inhabitants), regional capital of Umbria, a charming medieval hilltown (1600 feet, above the sea level) with any cultural and tourist attraction in all seasons Our home features a big kitchen with fireplace opening on the rear garden, three bedrooms (each on a different floor for the sake of privacy) and three bathrooms with shower or tub, sat TV (SKY), HI-FI stereo, Internet fast access, a garage for one car and outside safe parking for many other, rear and front garden, laundry, beautiful views on the Umbrian hills.
