One bedroomed apartment in Dublin City. Located next to the famous Guinness Brewery in a building dating form the early 1900s. The apartment is very comfortable with an original cast iron fireplace. Best of all it has a private patio, filled with summer flowers, that catches the sun in the afternoon. Located a short stroll to Trinity College, Grafton St, and all city attractions. It is also a short walk to Heuston Station and the Luas Red Line (City tram). I am looking for a similar apartment in Vancouver for 4 weeks over the summer. I also have a small car (perfect for parking) that I would be interested in exchanging.
