An 80m2 brandnew, modern one-bedroom apartment on the historical Prinseneiland (island) in the centre of Amsterdam. Restaurants, bars, shops, market, cinema, park, sportcentre, public transportation and water in direct neighbourhood. Beautiful location! Prinseneiland is a quiet tiny island next to the Jordaan neighbourhood. Warehouses from the 17th century all around, but my building is from 2007. I'm in my early forties and my travel partner as well. Very clean and responsible. Will take care of pets (dogs or cats)!
