| We live in a townhouse simplex in a gated, secure complex. Our home is a lovely, tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with living, dining area and a large patio. There is 1 garage and an extra parking bay. We are in a quiet neighbourhood in an area called New Germany, situated 25-30 minutes from Durban International Airport, +- 15 km from Durban city centre, +- 25 km from Umhlanga Rocks and very close to the Comrades Marathon route. We arre situated very central to most attractions in and around the province of KwaZulu-Natal such as the Durban International Convention Centre, Valley of a Thousand Hills where the Rob Roy Hotel is (Oprah once stayed at this hotel in one of her visits to South Africa). We are a travel party of 3 (my 13 year old daughter, my boyfriend and I). My boyfriend and I both run our own businesses and enjoy travelling as a family. Pets are not allowed. | |
