Description
Our home is in a coastal village on the north coast of NSW and is surrounded by beautiful unspoilt beaches and national park. A sought after holiday spot Brooms Head is 24kms from Maclean which has shopping and other services and 30kms from the town of Yamba. The village has its own convenience store, Bowling/recreation club and beachside cafe. The home is two storeys with garage and second bathroom and laundry underneath. Upstairs we have three bedrooms two with queen size beds and the other a king single. The lounge living area is open plan with new furnishings. There are two TV'S with cable and DVD player as well as computer and internet access. The bathroom upstairs has been recently updated. The home is a 3 minute walk to the front beach and 5 mins walk to the back beach of Brooms Head. All beaches are undeveloped and provide pristine swimming and surfing conditions. Apart from the holiday month of January the beaches are free of tourists.
