Its a 75 sq mt app. plus 40 sq mt sunny terrace; all in the same level. Living room is around 8x4 and directly comunicated with the terrace. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom; plus toilette. It`s a thrid floor. no elevator (sorry). If summer, there is a small plastic swiming pool and a barbecue at the terrace. Also many plants that you will have to take care! Maid also available once a week or what you need. It`s located in Palermo hollywood where you can find lot of restaurants and bars. metro station is 250 mt from appart. I thinl is perfect location to stay, as it is really close to the center but it feels as a quite neighbourhood. I´m a men 44 y/o and I love to travel and live new experiences in diferent cities. Prefered city to start would be Barcelona, but open to any other. EC passport and would like to exchange for periods around 3 months, but also very open to diferent periods... just open to get in touch and see if we find a way to exchange appartment and travel. no economics problems; but not that rich...je je soy argentino e italiano. igeniero industrial. trabaje y vivi en suiza y en mexico por 5 años. y quisiera ahora seguir viajando en un plan mas tranquilo.
